About Spinal Disc Decompression

The tables do this by gently pulling on the spine with enough force to create a vacuum inside vertebral discs. This not only takes pressure off of pinched nerves, but helps reposition bulging discs and pull the herniated nucleus back into place. Spinal experts also believe that nutrients, oxygen, and fluids are drawn into the disc to allow the disc to better heal itself.
