First Visit

At your first visit, you will experience our information gathering phase of your care.  You will be asked to fill out simple forms, either in the office or prior to your visit from our website.  This will give us important introductory information and health history for our doctor to get to know more about you. 

There will be a short video for you to watch explaining how chiropractic can benefit you and your family.  You will have a personal consult with the doctor to go over in detail your concerns and questions regarding your health.  You will be taken through a comprehensive exam and x-ray process specific to the doctors orders.  You will once again meet with the doctor to determine the appropriate course of action. 

Finally, you will check out at the front desk, pay for your services and schedule your Results Of Tests visit to go over the results of today's evaluations.
